Structured process where outgoing excomm members transfer their knowledge, responsibilities, and resources to the incoming team. It ensures continuity, preserves valuable insights, and sets the new team up for success by providing them with the necessary information and support to effectively assume their roles.

Effective planning is crucial as it ensures that goals are set, resources are allocated efficiently, and activities are aligned with the overall mission of Toastmasters. This process is essential for achieving success and will be transferred to district leaders, equipping them with a clear roadmap to follow and adapt as needed.

I asked Florian Bay from District 91 to be my mentor because I wanted a perspective different from my own district. Florian’s extensive operational experience in District 91 and his international strategic vision will provide invaluable support for my role. His advice will help me grow and help District 109 grow, benefiting from both his high-level expertise and his broad strategic outlook.
